Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? Why should we cooperate with Dr. Easy?

A: Dr.Easy is a group of companies who has more than 18 years experience to work with any countries customers or retailers, we have invested some factories in China for different items, now she has one branch office in Shenzhen, one branch office in Hefei,and will set a branch office in Shanghai, if you cooperate with Dr.Easy, you will have 2 branches in China. We have been certificated by ISO9001, EU GMPc (ISO22716), GMPc, and passed BSCI or QIMA factory audit.

Q:What is your payment term?
A:There are three payment terms:
1.T/T, 30-50% deposit,the balance by T/T within ten days after we send you B/L;
2.L/C at sight, only accept this term on big order.
3.D/P at sight or some days, which is only available for old and reliable customers..
Attention: pls always send the money to the same account, if find any change, please call or e-mail us for sure.

Q:How to control the quality?
A: Dr. Easy has a QC team to control the quality according to ISO9001, GMPc 22716 and GMPc , our QC inspect all the materials when they get to our warehouse, and inspect every procedure of production, our QC will do the sampling inspection again before shipment, so that we could sure all perfect when you get them.

Q:How to order our private label package?
A:You can order your private label package,but pls tell us your order quantity and your requirements,we will charge you printing mould fees. For example,we will charge you USD100.00 per each colour for plastic bags printing mould.
