Quality is the foundation of an enterprise’s survival, and safety is the bottom line for sustainable development. To further consolidate the foundation of compliance management in the disinfection product industry, strengthen the awareness of quality and safety control, and improve professional practical capabilities, Comrade Jiang Mei, the quality and safety officer of our company, was invited to participate in the special training course on laws and regulations for disinfection products held in Hefei in December 2025, striving to deepen professional knowledge and refine business skills.
This training focused on the new regulatory situation and updated policy requirements of the disinfection product industry, covering key contents such as core laws and regulations, local regulatory rules, compliance points for production and operation, and practical risk prevention and control. It invited senior industry experts to give lectures and interpretations, and gathered peers for in-depth exchanges, combining theoretical authority and practical guidance. Disinfection products are directly related to public health and safety, with increasingly stringent industry supervision standards and rapid updates of policies and regulations. Accurately mastering compliance requirements and building a solid quality and safety line is the core premise for the steady development of enterprises.
During the training, Comrade Jiang Mei maintained a rigorous, pragmatic and diligent work attitude. She focused on the lectures throughout, carefully sorted out core knowledge points, earnestly recorded legal interpretations, regulatory priorities, typical cases and practical specifications, and took the initiative to participate in classroom exchanges. Aiming at practical problems such as daily quality control, disinfection product production and filing, and compliant operation of the enterprise, she actively consulted experts and communicated with peers, truly achieving gains from learning, which fully demonstrated the professionalism and dedication of our employees.
This fruitful training helped Comrade Jiang Mei fully clarify the legal and regulatory system of the disinfection product industry, accurately grasp the latest regulatory standards and compliance boundaries, effectively make up for shortcomings in professional knowledge, and strengthen the ability of risk prediction and prevention. After returning from the training, Jiang Mei sorted out the training materials and extracted core points at the first time, planning to carry out internal special sharing sessions to transfer the learned knowledge to relevant posts such as quality control and production operation, realizing "one person participates in training, all staff improve", and promoting the integration of compliance concept into the whole process of enterprise production and operation.
