Safety is a top priority, and prevention is better than cure. To actively respond to the national work arrangements for production safety, strictly implement the enterprise's main responsibility for safe production, further enhance all staff's awareness of fire safety, comprehensively improve their capabilities of emergency response, self-rescue and mutual rescue as well as evacuation in case of sudden fires, and effectively build a solid fire safety defense line for the company to avoid various fire safety risks, our company carefully planned and organized a full-staff fire emergency drill on December 2, 2025. This practical drill consolidated the safety foundation and safeguarded the stable operation of the enterprise.
Before the drill, the special production safety team of the company took the lead in overall planning. Based on the actual layout and operation characteristics of the factory area, it formulated a detailed and feasible fire drill plan, clearly defined the division of responsibilities for each post, planned the optimal evacuation routes, and clarified the key points of the whole emergency response process. Meanwhile, the special team carried out a thorough inspection of key areas such as office areas, production workshops and warehouses, comprehensively overhauled fire equipment, cleared evacuation passages and verified safety exits, ensuring all fire protection facilities were in good condition and evacuation routes were unobstructed. In addition, through internal notices, pre-shift lectures and other forms, the company popularized common sense of fire escape, standard operation of fire equipment and precautions for the drill to all staff in advance, making everyone familiar with the process and stay alert to safety, laying a solid preliminary foundation for the efficient implementation of the drill.
The drill officially kicked off with a simulated sudden fire in a key area. The on-site smoke alarm immediately sounded an alert, and the emergency command team activated the special fire emergency plan at the first time. It released fire information simultaneously through broadcasts, walkie-talkies and other channels, quickly issued evacuation orders, and arranged special personnel to simulate calling the fire alarm number to accurately report key information such as the fire location and fire situation, with rapid response and orderly scheduling throughout the process.
After receiving the evacuation order, the person in charge of each department quickly performed their duties, organizing staff to evacuate quickly in accordance with the predetermined routes, covering their mouths and noses with wet towels and bending over in a standard posture. The whole process was in strict order, eliminating dangerous behaviors such as crowding, jostling and panic running, ensuring all staff were transferred efficiently and safely to the designated assembly point outdoors. After all personnel arrived, each department counted the number of people and reported level by level at the first time. There was no stranded personnel or accidents during the whole process, and the evacuation link was efficient and smooth.
After all staff gathered, the company specially invited professional fire instructors to the scene to carry out practical teaching of fire fighting skills full of valuable content. Combined with real cases, the instructors carefully explained the applicable scenarios and operation principles of commonly used equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers and fire hoses, focused on demonstrating the four-step method of using fire extinguishers: "pull, pin, grip, press", and guided staff to practice one by one hands-on, enabling every employee to skillfully master the operation skills of fire equipment, truly understanding fire safety, being able to operate equipment and respond to emergencies.
After the practical drill, the emergency command team conducted an in-depth review of the whole drill process, comprehensively sorted out excellent practices, accurately identified detailed problems in links such as evacuation efficiency, team collaboration and equipment operation, and put forward targeted optimization and rectification plans. At the same time, it re-emphasized the importance of daily fire safety management, urging all staff to strictly abide by fire safety norms, take the initiative to investigate potential hazards around them, resolutely put an end to illegal use of fire and electricity, and integrate safety awareness into every bit of daily work.
This fire drill was in line with the actual production of the enterprise, close to actual combat, compact and efficient throughout the process. It not only tested the feasibility of the company's fire emergency plan and the collaborative combat capability of the emergency team, but also deepened all staff's safety awareness, cultivated emergency skills and eliminated misunderstandings of fire safety in actual combat. In the future, our company will continue to promote the normalization and standardization of production safety and fire emergency work, constantly improve the emergency management system, refine safety prevention measures, pay close attention to fire safety work in detail, fully protect the life and property safety of employees and the asset safety of the enterprise, and escort the high-quality development of the enterprise.
